Due to recent events we have adjusted our timetable to cater for exercise at home and moved a series of classes online so you can continue your Pikaia workouts form your front room!
How it will work
we are going to be using a really easy platform called ZOOM.
- Create an free account on Zoom
- Book a class on pikaiapilates.com
- Once you’re booked check your emails. You should receive an email from Sandra containing a special link that will allow you to access the session
- Click the link and wait for the class to begin
- You will need a mat and water and bundles of positive Energy .
Please note that there will be a cut off for the class 15 mins prior to the start time, please book early to avoid disappointment!!!
Once booked in, Sandra will add you as a contact on her personal Zoom account, please make sure you accept her friend request
- Booty barre to keep your Booty in shape .
- Pilates mat to keep you flexible and mobile
- Dynamic yoga to calm the mind and relax the body
- And HIIT classes to release that tension
