Explore our timetable below. Our classes are small (and friendly!) so booking is essential. If you’d like to book a class choose the right option for you from the choices given.

  • If you are not a currently a monthly member and would like to try a class or two choose the drop in option and pay online
  • If you’d like to save some money you can choose one of our pass package options (you can either pay online or directly to Sandra in the studio)
  • If you’re a current monthly member or pass holder select those options to reserve your spot!
